My supervisor called me into her office recently and told me she had decided to hire a girl from the temp agency. I had been training this girl over the last week or so.

While the young lady was filling out her application, my supervisor looked at me and said, “Terri, we are hiring this lady, and I am putting your name down as a reference, so you will receive the $500 referral pay. You have done so much for this company, and you keep me on my toes, helping me become a better person.”

Tears of joy rolled down my face. I was able to share with her about our theme being The Year of Much More, and I told her how the Lord has blessed me so far this year.

My supervisor is also a believer, and as I shared my testimony, she teared up as well. I was actually speechless at first because this is an example of Ephesians 3:20. I’m living it!
