In the US and Canada: Standard shipping via United States Parcel Post to destinations within the United States takes between 7 and 10 business working days from the time your order is submitted. Standard Shipping to destinations in Canada takes between 14 and 20 business working days. However, these are only approximate postal guidelines provided by our carriers.

Outside of the US and Canada: Standard Shipping takes between 12 and 20 business working days from the time your order is submitted. Priority Shipping, an express service, takes between 5 and 10 business working days to reach destinations. However, these are only approximate postal guidelines provided by our carriers. Digital Purchases

An MP3 Download in our store is an audio sermon in digital format that can be downloaded via the internet, and stored and played on your computer, a digital audio player such as an Apple iPod, or your smartphone.

Upon a successful transaction, an email with a link to download your digital purchase will be sent to you via the email address you have provided to us. You can also download your digital purchases by <a href="'.route('library.index').'">visiting "Your Downloads" page</a> in your store account.

You can also browse the sermon store and purchase sermons directly on the app.

The Joseph Prince app can only access MP3 sermons from JosephPrince.com. Therefore, the Joseph Prince app will not be able to access or sync with MP3s from any other apps.

No, you do not need to pay again for the sermons you have already purchased on JosephPrince.com. However, if you are downloading or streaming the sermon over your cellular network, your service provider might charge you for the data transferred. As such, we recommend downloading the sermon over a Wi-Fi network first before listening to the sermon on the go.

To ensure you do not accidentally incur data charges from your service provider, you can turn on the "Warn when downloading over cellular data" feature from the Joseph Prince app\'s settings screen. The app will then alert you if you attempt to download or stream a sermon while your phone is not connected to a WiFi network.

Yes, you can. All you need to do is to download the sermon when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network by tapping the “Cloud” icon on the right of the sermon. Then, the sermon you’ve downloaded will be available for listening even when there is no Internet connection.

Yes, you can. Tap the green “Tick” button to remove the sermon from your device. Deleting a sermon from the mobile app will only free up space on your device. You can re-download the sermon onto the app any time you wish to.

Sermons can be purchased using credits. In order to purchase credits, simply tap on "Buy Credits" or your credit balance shown on the top right corner of the Sermon Store screen. Please note that all payments on the Joseph Prince app are done using your iTunes Store account as an "in-app purchase."

Our DVDs are currently not close-captioned. However, the Joseph Prince video podcasts are close captioned and can be found on USA iTunes. You may wish to subscribe to these podcasts, which are excerpts of the full length messages.

Having trouble redeeming your sermon on the app? Try these tips below:

  • Update your Joseph Prince app to ensure that you have the latest version.
  • Don't see the QR scanner? Check your phone's settings to make sure you have allowed the app access to your phone's camera. Alternatively, simply key in the 15-character redemption code to redeem the sermon.
  • Check your library on the app to make sure you do not already own this sermon. Sermons can only be added to your library once.
  • If you've successfully redeemed this sermon but don't see it in your library, refresh your library by swiping down.
