For a long while, I had been suffering from significant sleep difficulties. I often found it hard to fall asleep at night and would be awakened easily. Sometimes, I would remain awake for several hours, even until dawn.

This cycle would persist for several nights in a row, even with the help of nightly sleep supplements. I would only sleep once I crashed from pure exhaustion.

Everything changed recently when I began using the Day and Night Daily Experience on the Gospel Partner app. I was immediately captured by the anointed worship music. It is so relaxing and makes me feel that Jesus is right there with me, embracing me, and showering me with His love and attention.

I now spend a long time at the Selah portion of the devotional, especially in the evenings. Several times, I would drift off to sleep right after praying, and it is always a very good, restful sleep.

The rest of the devotional is excellent as well, from the gentle voice of the narrator to the curated scriptures and sermon clips. I am so thankful to the team that made this possible. Glory to Jesus for this anointed devotional!
